5. Fettucini Carbonara Smoke Beef Recipe





Ingredients:


100 grams of fettucini

3 cloves of garlic

2 egg yolks

How to make:

Ingredients:

Red meat sauce ingredients:

3 tbsp cooking oil for sauteing

1 small bottle of tomato paste

1 bay leaf


1 teaspoon nutmeg powder


1 tsp salt


1 tsp sugar


1 teaspoon pepper powder





Ingredients of white cheese dip:


30 grams of butter


40 grams of wheat flour


350 ml of liquid milk


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon pepper powder


1/2 tsp sugar


100 grams of grated cheese





Sprinkle material:


50 grams of grated cheese





How to make:


1. Boil water with oil & salt. Add the lasagna sheet,
boil until soft. Set aside.


2. White Cheese Sauce: Melt butter, saute flour until
browned, pour liquid milk stir until not clot. Spread salt, pepper, salt &
granulated sugar, mix well. Add grated cheese, mix well. Lift.


3. Red Meat Sauce: Heat oil, saute onions until fragrant.

well, cook until done. Set aside.


4. Prepare heat resistant dish (pirex) medium size, rub with
margarine. Arrange as follows: 1/3 lasagna, 1/3 red meat sauce, 1/3 white
cheese dip. Repeat until the material runs out. Sprinkle the cheese, flatten.


5. Bake in a hot oven temperature 180C for 20 minutes until
browned. Lift serve warm with chilli sauce.











7. Creamy Salmon Cream Recipe





 Ingredients:




150 grams of salmon, fillet


1 piece of potato


200ml of liquid milk uht


1 tbsp margarine


1 tsp sweet soy sauce


1 tsp oyster sauce


2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped


1/2 teaspoon pepper and salt


Vegetables to taste (Sweet corn, carrots, broccoli,
chickpeas)


1 tsp sugar, to boil vegetables


1 teaspoon moisture dissolved with water





How to make:


1. Spread salmon with margarine, soy sauce, oyster sauce and
let stand 10 minutes.


2. Cut the potatoes and fry them until cooked, remove and
drain.


3. Boil the vegetables with water mixed with 1 tsp sugar
until cooked, remove and drain.


4. Heat 1 tsp margarine, saute garlic, add UHT milk, salt,
pepper, and add cornstarch that has been dissolved with water, stirring until
the sauce thickens.


5. Bake Salmon on top of teflon until done.


6. Tata salmon, vegetables, potatoes and flush with creamy
sauces. Serve while hot.











8. Spanish Baked Fish Recipe





Ingredients:


1 tail seabream fish or can also be replaced with other cut
fish


8 pieces of cherry tomatoes


1 red onion


1 piece of red, small pepper


10 pieces of green olive


4 tbsp white wine


1 teaspoon cumin seeds


Salt to taste


1 tbsp capers


1 teaspoon of red pepper powder


Olive oil to taste


Parsley leaves to taste





How to make:


1. Clean the fish and cut into pieces, coat the fish with a
little salt and a little order of onions in the middle and arrange fish neatly
on top of the onion on a heat-resistant dish / dish.

How to make:
